Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with stakeholders, end-users, and various departments to understand business needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling ability.
• Conduct requirement analysis, workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understand basics of front-end and back-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases).
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible.
• Work with cross-functional teams – developers, QA, design, and project managers.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong in creating PowerPoint presentations. (HUGE PLUS!!)

• Qualification:BCA, MCA, B.Tech (CS/IT) or related discipline.
• Experience working with IT/e-Governance projects in Bihar or other government environments (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Time management and ownership of tasks.
• Ability to analyze processes and propose solutions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and progress summaries.
